Staffing Agencies who would like to find out more about how to participate in Client RFPs, or would like to learn more about SSMC are invited to fill out our brief on-line questionnaire. Your input will be reviewed and a representative from SSMC will follow up with you personally.
Obtain Preferred Status
Through working with SSMC, supplemental staffing agencies have the opportunity to obtain a preferred status with business groups. The result of the Supplemental Staffing Program (SSP) is a selection from a diverse mix of vendors that is best equipped to support the business group involved. All participating agencies that are selected will have preferred vendor status for all supplemental staffing services during the contract period. The business group will be committed to considering the selected agencies as their first choice for support!

Agency Eligibility
SSMC's approach assures equal opportunity for all qualified agencies. The group of agencies considered for all situations is always diverse. The SSP specifically has built in logic that will include both smaller and larger agencies in each and every selection process. In addition, the algorithms also include selection of agencies that are currently conducting business with the business group AND agencies that have yet to provide the service to the group. This strategy has proven to be an effective strategy in providing superior support. Under no circumstances are the agencies preselected upfront, with the process simply being a formality. Many supplemental staffing agencies find that working with SSMC through the SSP provides the most simple and direct route to beginning a new lasting and productive relationship.
