Service Coverage
Employees in the staffing industry work across business areas nearly as diverse as the job force itself. Supplemental staffing jobs range from laborers, to managerial/executives, to technicians, clerical and marketing to name a few. SSMC provides coverage in all disciplines. Our primary recent experience has been in the area of Healthcare.

Partnerships or Stand Alone
The Supplemental Staffing Program (SSP) is designed to accommodate both the individual business and/or a group of businesses that wish to join together in the process. During the initial phase of the program, SSMC will analyze the environment, provide recommendations, and suggest potential business partners for inclusion in the process. Although the group of businesses that are to be part of the program is completely up to each individual business, experience has shown that a consortium of business groups (with similar business activity) have the ability to leverage greater price efficiencies due to volume. As part of this process, SSMC makes the proactive communications with potential business partners to determine opportunities.

Preferred Status
Through working with SSMC, supplemental staffing agencies will consider this an opportunity to obtain preferred status with the business group. The benefits to our clients include "first choice" status, greater flexibility and choices in tight labor market conditions.
