> Overview of Basic Agency Information
It is not uncommon that several, if not dozens of agencies end up being selected to participate during the contract period. The Staffing Agency Database module of the Web SSP, which is initially automatically populated as a result of the On-Line RFP process, becomes an easy-to-use resource tool to quickly refer to basic agency data, including contact information.
> View Agencies in Aggregate
The list of Staffing Agencies, and their respective primary contact information are easy to access. In addition, web sites can automatically be linked- to within the Web SSP, as is shown below.
> Track Agency Insurance Certificate Expirations
All Staffing Agencies are required to maintain Professional and General Liability coverages for their company and their employees. The Web SSP has a module that will allow for the tracking of the expirations of these insurance policies for all Staffing Agencies. This module becomes an extremely useful tool in supporting internal audits, including JCAHO audits. Upcoming expirations, listed chronologically, are easily noted within the system.
> Review Agency Insurance Coverages
In addition to having the capability to track insurance expiration dates, the Web SSP also will also allow for aggregate viewing of the Insurance Coverage Limitations. This report becomes invaluable not only as part of the RFP process to determine which Staffing Agencies may already be in compliance, but also throughout the contract period to ensure that the proper coverages are maintained.

> Viewing Potential Candidates
Candidates that are submitted by the staffing agencies can be viewed in the Web SSP easily as they are categorized by the opportunity for which they have been submitted. The Web SSP also has the capability to retain the responses of candidates that have been submitted, but perhaps not hired at the current time, for future retrieval and/or consideration.
> Candidate Review Status
The Web SSP is designed to allow the facility's hiring manager to easily view the status of the candidate responses that have already been reviewed. Candidates can be "tagged" such that they can be removed from contention, further pursued or eventually hired. The capability to add notes to the candidate file are especially helpful when multiple managers are involved with the hiring process.
> Opportunities By Facility
Opportunities can be viewed by Facility. This is extremely helpful for the staffing agency who has an available candidate that has an interest in working at a specific facility. Navigation within the Web SSP to find if an opportunity at a specific facility is simplified through the use of this view.
> Opportunities By Labor Category
Opportunities can be viewed by Labor Category. This is extremely helpful for the staffing agency who has an available candidate with a specific skill set. Navigation within the Web SSP to find if an opportunity is available is simplified through the use of this view.
> Candidate Responses
Staffing Agencies respond directly online through the Web SSP by completing a Candidate Profile document. This document is brief and very focused, requiring basic information regarding the candidate's most recent experience. This focused document limits responses to those that truly match the opportunity that is posted.
